These terms apply to the Exterior 911 LLC public website and service-request tools. Using the website does not by itself create a service agreement.

Website information and service requests

Website descriptions provide general information about services and service areas. A Request a Rescue submission is a request for follow-up, not an acceptance of work, price, schedule, or scope. Final details are established through direct communication and, when appropriate, an accepted estimate or other written agreement.

Estimates and availability

Unless an estimate states otherwise, it remains valid for 30 days. Service availability may depend on location, weather, safety, equipment, materials, scheduling, and the actual property conditions found before or during work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security controls, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that disrupts normal service.

Exterior 911 content and branding

Exterior 911 names, logos, original website content, custom software, portal materials, and other original assets may not be copied, altered, or presented as another business’s work without permission. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Website operation

Exterior 911 works to keep the website accurate and available but may correct content, change features, perform maintenance, or suspend a feature when needed for security or operations. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and remain subject to the provider’s terms.
