Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Clear notice helps Exterior 911 protect reserved work time and communicate schedule changes fairly.
Normal notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or requesting a schedule change. Contact Exterior 911 as soon as reasonably possible when circumstances do not allow normal notice.
Weather, safety, emergencies, and equipment
Exterior 911 may postpone, reschedule, limit, or stop work when weather, site conditions, emergencies, safety concerns, equipment issues, access problems, or other legitimate circumstances make the planned work impractical or unsafe. The goal is to communicate a reasonable next step promptly.
Fees and project-specific terms
No automatic cancellation fee is charged at launch. If a future estimate or project agreement includes a specific reservation, material, or cancellation term, that term will be disclosed before the customer accepts it. Exterior 911 retains reasonable discretion for weather, emergencies, safety, equipment problems, and legitimate special circumstances.
